Let just say I would like to see what people were born in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania prior to civil registration with the last name of Vance. These would be the five results:



Four results are from the same family. The father is Mout Vance. The Mother is Maude Armstrong Vance. They had Ruth Vance and Florence Vance.
