Come to the North Charleston Arts Fest! Make Sure You Go the Genealogy Workshop

Are you curious about your family history? Do you want to discover your roots and connect with your ancestors? If so, you should join me for a Genealogy Workshop on Saturday, May 6th, 2023, for the North Charleston Arts Fest!

This workshop will be held at the Dorchester Road Regional Library, 6325 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, SC 29418, from 2:00 to 3:00 pm. You can find out more at Genealogy Workshop. #genealogyworkshop

We will talk about the emotional aspect of African American experience. This workshop is perfect for those searching for formerly enslaved ancestors. You will learn how to use historical resources, how to find and analyze records, how to organize and document your findings, and how to share your stories with others.

You will also get a chance to network and get tips and advice from Robin R. Foster. Yes. That's me. If you are interested in tracing your African American heritage, this workshop will help you uncover your family's past.

Don't miss this opportunity to explore your genealogy and celebrate your culture. Here is the event page: North Charleston Arts Fest | Art, Dance, Music & Theatre. I hope to see you there!
